PRIVACY NOTICE

Data collection and use notice

This notice explains why personal data is collected for a chapter application and how it is handled.
01

Purpose of collection and use

The World Art Federation processes personal data to receive chapter applications, identify applicants, conduct review and communicate the outcome.

02

Data collected

The following information is collected during the application process.

  • Required: applicant name, email, country, city, proposed chapter name and activity plan
  • Optional: affiliation and attachments
  • Generated by the service: reference number and receipt or processing timestamps
03

Retention period

Data is retained until application processing is complete. Where retention is required by law or for dispute handling, it is stored separately for the applicable period.

04

Right to decline

You may decline collection and use. However, without the required information we cannot identify the applicant or conduct review, so an online application cannot be accepted.

05
